Our newsletters were devised to offer our loyal customers a way of staying informed about our brand new products, weekly deals, and many other perks that we would not be able to offer otherwise. Through our email newsletter we are able to better inform our customers about new offers and products right to their in-boxes. Return and Exchange Policy
Part of our commitment is to assure you do not receive any product(s) that may be used or damaged in any way. To insure this our return policy is as follows:1. If you are returning a product that you are not satisfied with you must have all tags and the original packaging that was sent to you. If you do not have these items then there will be a restocking fee between 10-30%.
2. Once you have contacted customer service and have received you RMA Form you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product(s). 3. If you are exchanging a product that you are not satisfied with You will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways unless we are at fault for shipping a wrong or defective item. 4. For wigs, half-wigs and ponytails, customers must request for refund or exchange within seven calendar days since the delivery date. 5. All other items (weaves, braids, hair pieces, and et cetera) are eligible for refund or exchange during fourteen calendar days since the delivery date. 6. Returning a defective product, if you have received a defective product(s) you must notify our customer service department immediately. Once having contacted us we will have you ship back the product at our expense. Once the product arrives at our facility we will launch our investigation. Your claim may take up to 2 to 3 days, if found that the product is defective you will be reimbursed the total amount back via your payment method. Send your package to:

Shipping Info and Restrictions
Most orders ship within 24 hours after checkout guaranteed, pending on credit card approval. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Unfortunately, Saturday delivery is not available.
Delays in Shipment
When placing an order with us and calculating arrival time, please take into consideration that we have no control over the items once they have left our warehouse. Unfortunate weather, natural disasters, holidays, and carrier delays should be a factor in the product’s arrival date calculation. Super Beauty Depot cannot be held responsible for late arrival.
